Evidence, not testimonials.
Client identity, project details, and measured outcomes stay private until the client gives permission and the numbers are verified. What we can show before that point is the shape of the work: the problem, the system, and what changed. Two case files are in that state now.
Financial reporting information, ready when decisions need to be made.
Important information arrived in complex reporting emails, in a format that had to be re-keyed and hunted for before anyone could use it. Decisions waited on someone finding the right attachment.
The system
An AI extraction and organization step reads the incoming reports and structures the relevant information for controlled use. Everything lands in one central reporting database. Authorized end users retrieve and shape what they need, and a person keeps responsibility for consequential financial work.
What changed
- Faster access to centralized information for better-informed finance decisions
- One source of truth instead of a mailbox of attachments
- Authorized access and human review built into the flow, not bolted on
Measured outcomes will be published here with the client's permission. How this kind of system is built →
A stronger digital foundation for continued growth.
An important website for an established tourism business was living on a limiting shared-hosting environment: hard to change safely, hard to make fast, and holding back the search and development work the business wanted to do.
The work
- Hosting control. Moved the site away from the limiting environment onto managed infrastructure Veridian Marketing operates and monitors.
- Development foundation. Strengthened the codebase and workflow so changes could be tested and shipped safely.
- Continued improvement. Ongoing technical performance and search work, measured over time rather than declared done at launch.
Client identity, project details, and measured outcomes remain private until permission and evidence are cleared. The hosting behind it →
Why this page is shorter than most agency portfolios.
Marketing is full of numbers nobody can check. We publish results the way we would want to read them: attributed, measured, and approved by the business they belong to.
Until then the file is anonymized. Some clients will never be named; the work still counts, and we describe it without identifying them.
A number appears here only when we can say where it came from, what it was before, and over what period. No "up to" and no percentages without a denominator.
Results belong to the business and its team. We describe the system we built and the work we carried, and leave the rest with the people who did it.
Systems and documents that outlast the engagement.
Whatever the discipline, the client ends up owning the same kinds of things. This is the inventory.
Ownership and access
- Your website, content, and data, in accounts your business controls
- The platform access and documentation agreed for your engagement, subject to account ownership and licensing rules
- The Roadmap, specifications, and measurement design as documents
- Documentation another team could run the systems from
Measurement and history
- Full traffic and performance data, available to you at any time
- Reporting against the agreed outcome, on the cadence specified in your engagement
- An audit trail of what automated systems did, and when
- Progress on every open project, so you always know where things stand
The next case file could be yours, named or not.
Bring the growth goal, system problem, or AI opportunity. We will help identify the clearest next step.
