01Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Veridian Marketing, LLC (“Veridian,” “we,” “us”), P.O. Box 6507, Toledo, OH 43612. By using veridian.marketing (the “Site”), submitting a form, creating an account, or buying a plan through the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Marketing, web development, AI implementation, and other project work is governed by a separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. Where that document and these Terms conflict, that document controls for the work it covers.
02Who may use the site
The Site is intended for businesses and for adults acting on behalf of a business. You must be at least 18 years old to buy a plan or create an account. If you use the Site for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.
03Purchases and billing
- Prices are shown in US dollars. Any applicable taxes and charges are identified in the checkout, invoice or agreement before you pay.
- A recurring plan renews only under the billing frequency and authorization agreed when you sign up. Existing hosting and Support Plan subscriptions continue under their current agreements. One-time services, extra-hour bundles and digital items do not become subscriptions just because you create an account.
- Extra-hour bundles are one-time purchases.
- Failed payments. If a payment fails, we’ll contact you about the balance and any next steps. Retry, suspension and termination terms are those agreed for your service; we’ll identify any deadline in the notice. Immediate action may be needed for a security or abuse issue under our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Cancellation. You can cancel using the controls available in your existing client account or by using the contact form. The Support Plan requires 30 days’ notice, as stated on its plan page. Hosting cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless your agreement says otherwise. Contact us before the next renewal so we can confirm the effective date.
- Refunds. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
- Price changes. We may change plan prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period.
04Hosting plans
- Plan limits. Each plan includes the number of sites, storage, bandwidth, backup retention, and features listed on the hosting page at the time of purchase. If your usage regularly exceeds your plan, we will ask you to move up a tier.
- Your content. You keep ownership of the websites, content, and data you host with us. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload and for keeping it lawful.
- Backups. Plan backups are retained for the period stated on your plan (3 to 30 days) and are a convenience, not a substitute for your own copies. Keep independent backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- Security and updates. We maintain the server environment and the security tooling listed for your plan. Keeping WordPress, themes, and plugins updated is your responsibility unless you also have a Support Plan that covers it.
- Acceptable use. Hosting is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms and covers prohibited content, resource limits, email sending, security responsibilities, and enforcement. We may suspend a site immediately to protect the platform and will notify you when we do.
- Migration and leaving. Migration onto the Elite and Edge tiers is included as described on the plan page. If you plan to leave, contact us before cancellation to arrange an export of your site files and database. Any agreed handover and retention period will be confirmed with you. Keep your own copies; cancellation is not a promise of indefinite storage.
- Availability. We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Any specific uptime commitment or service-credit arrangement is the one stated in your plan or written agreement.
05Support plans
- Hours. The Support Plan includes four hours of work per calendar month, scheduled on an agreed weekday within that monthly allocation. A fifth occurrence of that weekday does not add an extra included hour. Unused hours roll over for 12 months. If the plan is cancelled, rolled-over hours are forfeited, so use them before the plan ends. Extra-hour bundles do not expire.
- Scope. Hours may be used for support, advisory, SEO, strategy, development, project management, and testing on any website you own or control. Work outside that scope, and third-party costs such as premium plugins, licenses, stock assets, or advertising spend, are quoted separately.
- Urgent work is handled on a best-effort basis. For immediate attention, call (419) 540-0015 during business hours.
- Access. You will give us the access we need to do the work and confirm you are entitled to grant it. We use the access only for the work requested.
- Term. Month to month, cancellable with 30 days’ notice. No long-term commitment.
06Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for everything done through your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. Keep your contact and billing details current so renewal and security notices reach you.

Work we produce for clients
Ownership and licensing of websites, designs, content, reusable tools and other work are set out in the agreement for that project. Client identity, project details and measured outcomes are shared publicly only with the client’s permission.
Copyright infringement notices
If you believe material on this site or a site we host infringes your copyright, use the contact form with the relevant URL, a description of the work and your contact information. Please include enough detail for us to investigate. Formal legal notices must meet the requirements of the law that applies.
08Acceptable use of the site
Do not use the Site to send spam, to submit false or misleading information in forms, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, to interfere with the Site’s operation, or to collect information about other users. Automated access is limited to well-behaved search engine crawlers that respect robots.txt.
09Third parties
The Site links to platforms and services we do not control. If you make a payment through a third-party provider, its terms and privacy notice also apply. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability or practices.
10Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Information on the Site, including plan specifications and case-study descriptions, may change and is not a warranty about results. Marketing and search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and nothing on the Site guarantees rankings, traffic, leads, or revenue.
11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veridian and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of plans bought through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a plan is limited to the amount you paid us for that plan in the twelve months before the claim arose, or $100 if you paid nothing. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify Veridian against claims, losses, and costs arising from content you host with us, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or of third-party rights.
12Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts in Lucas County, Ohio, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
13Changes
We may update these Terms and change the date shown above. Material changes to existing plan terms will be communicated at least 30 days before they take effect. This update does not retroactively change the payment, renewal, refund or other terms agreed for an existing order, subscription or signed project agreement. Rights that cannot be waived under applicable law remain in place.
