How the hours work

Availability you can plan around.

Subscription hours exist to guarantee our time for you. Extra hours exist to clear larger tasks quickly. They are scheduled differently on purpose.

Plan hours, four per calendar month

We agree a regular schedule within the four-hour monthly allocation. A fifth occurrence of your scheduled weekday does not add an extra included hour. Unused hours roll over under the plan’s existing terms.

Extra hours, in bulk

Overage and bundle hours are scheduled as soon as possible and worked in blocks, whenever a suitable developer is free, so larger tasks get done in one push rather than a trickle.

Urgent tasks

Urgent requests are handled on a best-effort basis. For immediate attention, call (419) 540-0015 during business hours.

What the time can be used for

Support, advisory, SEO, strategy, development, project management, and testing. That includes coding from your designs, configuring integrations such as Zapier, Teachable, or ActiveCampaign, and any other coding-related task.

The same retainer can cover as many websites as you need.

How we communicate

Day-to-day communication runs through a dedicated customer email address. For larger projects we can set up a Slack or monday.com workspace for real-time communication, run weekly stand-ups where the work needs tight teamwork, and manage very large, long-term projects on a shared Kanban board.

When the workload spikes

Veridian Marketing can scale up for small and large projects alike. For larger builds, request extra development days and they are billed at the agreed daily rate.

Common questions

Before you start.

The terms that people ask about most. If your question is not here, ask it directly .

Do unused hours roll over?

Yes. Plan hours roll over for 12 months. If you cancel, any rolled-over hours are lost, so use them before the plan ends. Extra-hour bundles never expire.

How long is the contract?

The plan is month to month. Cancel at any time with 30 days' notice. There is no long-term lock-in.

What if I need more than four hours in a month?

Ten-hour packs cost $700 for support-plan members or $950 for nonmembers. Members can also choose 15 hours for $1,020, 20 for $1,320, 30 for $1,920, 40 for $2,520 or 80 for $4,800. Nonmembers can choose 20 hours for $1,800. Bundle hours never expire and can be applied to any project. Choose the available option on the purchase page.

Can I use the plan on more than one website?

Yes. Support time can be used across as many websites as you need, and multiple sites can be worked on under the same retainer.

Will you handle urgent tasks?

Yes, on a best-effort basis. For immediate attention, call (419) 540-0015 during business hours.

Can the hours be used for development, not just maintenance?

What if I am not happy with the service?

Cancel the monthly plan with the standard 30 days' notice. As simple as that.
