01Our commitment
Accessibility is part of how Veridian Marketing builds websites for clients, and it applies to our own. Clear, accessible, high-performance websites are one of the four disciplines we sell; this site should meet the same bar. We treat accessibility as a requirement in design and development, not a follow-up.
02The standard we work to
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a design and development target. This is an ongoing goal, not a certification that every page, state or connected service meets the standard. Known review limits are described below.
03What we have done
- Heading structure, landmark regions and skip links were checked across the development-site view inventory.
- Manual keyboard checks covered navigation, topic links, FAQ controls and form tab order, including visible focus. Forms were not submitted in the final verification pass.
- Selected text, notes and arrows received contrast corrections. The review does not establish contrast conformance for every state and background.
- Form labels and keyboard access were reviewed. Error announcements have not been verified through a complete assistive-technology audit.
- Reduced-motion rules are present in the site CSS. The final verification pass did not emulate a fresh operating-system preference.
- All 23 views were checked at desktop and phone widths, with selected pages also checked at 320 pixels. The review does not establish conformance at 200 percent text size.
- Image loading and preservation of alternative text were checked in the documented review.
- Shared type sizes and reading widths were reviewed for consistency.
04Known limitations
The following review limits remain:
- Customer-account, WooCommerce checkout and payment-provider flows have not completed an assistive-technology audit.
- Our request forms use a hidden honeypot field. Checkout and order-payment forms also use Cloudflare Turnstile. If a form or security check is a barrier, call (419) 540-0015 for another way to make your request.
- This review does not establish accessibility conformance for external services or linked documents.
05Tell us about a barrier
If anything on this website is difficult to use, or if a form creates an accessibility barrier, call Veridian and tell us the accommodation you need. We will take your request in the way that works for you, whether that is a phone call, an email, or a document in another format, and we will fix the underlying problem where we can.

06How we check
The design was reviewed on September 29, 2026 using manual visual, keyboard and structural checks. Production layout checks followed during the migration. A complete assistive-technology audit has not been completed. This statement was updated on October 2, 2026 to reflect the current site and checkout protection; it does not claim a new accessibility certification.
