02Hosting plans
If a hosting plan is not right for you, cancel within [14] days of the first payment for a full refund of that payment, provided we have not yet performed a migration or other setup work on your behalf. After that window, hosting is billed monthly in advance and renewals are not refundable; cancellation stops future billing and the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. On request within [14] days after cancellation we will provide a copy of your site files and database.
03Support Plan
The Support Plan is a month-to-month agreement, cancellable with 30 days’ notice, with no long-term commitment. Monthly payments are not refundable once the month has begun, because the hours are reserved for you across that month. Unused hours roll over for 12 months, and you can use rolled-over hours during your notice period. Rolled-over hours are forfeited when the plan ends, so schedule them before it does.
04Extra-hour bundles
Extra-hour bundles never expire and can be applied to any project or website. If you change your mind before any hours have been used, request a refund within [30] days of purchase and we will refund the bundle in full. Once any hours have been used, the bundle is not refundable, but the remaining hours stay available to you indefinitely.
05Project work and invoices
Websites, applications, campaigns, roadmaps, and other project work are governed by the proposal, statement of work, or services agreement you approved. Those documents set the deposit, the payment schedule, and what happens if either side ends the work early. As a rule, deposits are applied to work performed and are not refundable once work has started; the balance of an invoice covers work already delivered. 06Third-party costs
Costs we pass through on your behalf, such as premium plugins and licenses, stock imagery, domain registrations, third-party software subscriptions, and advertising spend with Google or Meta, are not refundable by Veridian Marketing and are subject to the third party’s own terms.
07Billing errors and outages
If we bill you in error, tell us and we will correct it and refund the difference promptly, without a window. If a hosting outage caused by our infrastructure lasts longer than [state any commitment, e.g., 24 consecutive hours], contact us; we will review the incident and [credit the affected period / state that no credit policy applies].
08How to request a refund
- Call (419) 540-0015 or use the contact form with your name, company, the plan or invoice number, and the reason.
- We review your request and tell you whether it falls within this policy.
- Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
