- Support Plan Members: choose 10, 15, 20, 30, 40 or 80 hours.
- Non-members: choose a 10-hour or 20-hour package.

How Your Support Hours Work
- Choose your package. Select the membership status that applies to you and the hours package you need.
- Purchase online. Your hours package is a one-time purchase. The WordPress Support Plan is a separate subscription.
- Plan the work with us. Service setup and project work are arranged separately. Purchasing hours does not set an immediate project start or completion date.
